Responsible for accurate and timely payments to all vendors and credits/payments to clients. May be required to perform general cashier duties. Maintains all files and records in accordance with company and legal standards. Position requires excellent guest service skills.

Understand and adhere to the loyalty basics on a daily basis, demonstrate exceptional, world-class hospitality to both internal and external guests, provide excellent communication with internal and external customers, submit and monitor direct bill and credit requests, handle and/or route Marriott’s Shared Service Center inquiries in a timely manner, manage guest inquiries in a timely manner, learn and utilize computer systems (GCS, PMS, Delphi, Peoplesoft, OnDemand), work with the accounting department as a team player, strive to meet department and hotel goals. Manage hotel cash on a daily basis, manage accounts payable, work closely with department managers and associates, conduct daily audits and reconcile balance sheet accounts. I am looking for someone who is highly motivated, shows intiative, can manage a heavy workload and maintain an positive attitude.
